Who's behind this site, and why?!

I think it's nicer if you know exactly who you're dealing with.

So, here we go...

I'm Martina, half German, half English to be precise ;-).

I learned to love this country "on holiday" and met my ex-partner and father of my child when I was island hopping in the 90ies.

Many people already know me from Sakis Rooms. However, I don't have anything to do with Sakis Rooms any more.

I work for Hotel Heaven now and run this website (as well as the German version www.paros-online.de). I built and wrote the texts for this website and took all the photos unless written otherwise.

The philosophy of this site (please read carefully!):

	I love Greece and would like you to take the best impression home with you! Many people are caught very much in surprise by things that are different from where they come from, or that they are very suspicious. Often that leads to misunderstandings between the travellers and the locals. It would be a pity to get a wrong impression of this beautiful and warm, welcoming country because of being ill informed.
	This site concentrates on giving you practical information. Please understand that I am not a travel agent and cannot answer many travel agency questions (but you will find lots of info on the website!)
	I'd like to make things transparent for you as a consumer so all the information you find here is as accurate as possible!
	I DO NOT comment on other hotels!
